IU Health Hospice provides patients and their families comprehensive, family-centered care delivered by a highly trained interdisciplinary team. Hospice team members are available during their shift and on a scheduled on-call basis with no weekends required, The IU Health Ball Memorial Hospice RN will provide care in the patient's home in Muncie and surrounding counties. Offering traditional, complementary and alternative services, IU Health hospice professionals help patients carry out the activities and make the personal choices that add quality to life. Qualifications for the Registered Nurse - Iu Ball Memorial Hospice Role

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
