IU Home Health provides patients and their families a comprehensive, family-centered care delivered by a highly trained interdisciplinary team. Our Home Health team members are available 24/7, with care provided where the patient lives. Offering traditional, complementary and alternative services, IU Home Health professionals help patients get back on their feet while recouping in their home. 

This position provides home care in the surrounding community. This role offers flexible, self-scheduling home visits.  The RN in this role must be flexible and autonomous.  We offer mileage reimbursement, a laptop and iPhone.

Qualifications for the Home Care RN Role

  • Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
