The incumbent provides direction and leadership to assigned staff and ensures that all appropriate staff job functions are performed accurately and efficiently. The position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to all customers. This position coordinates scheduling, and monitors and ensures completion of normal work tasks for employees across a 24/7 staffing model. This position is responsible for rewarding and recognizing staff. This position will propose corrective action for performance issues to the manager and will issue corrective action and attendance warnings when necessary. We are looking for someone who can work multiple shifts, flexible on hours, but will work routine hours of 0800-1700 when not working odd shifts to support teams on weekends, 2 nd shifts and 3 rd shifts, Must be open to working in all markets (Bloomington, Indianapolis, Muncie, and Lafayette), Excellent communication skills, internally and external customer facing, Positive approach toward work and interpersonal interaction, under all circumstances, Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at the same time. Well versed in Excel and software utilized to report Dashboard performance. Able to generate clear and visual reports that tell us what we are doing right and where we need to focus operational resources.
