Under general supervision, provides communication, planning, coordination, facilitation and execution of IU Health Learning Institute's (LI) regional and system-wide programs and/or services related to onboarding, team member, and leadership development opportunities and engagement. Supports the standardization of LI's system-wide programs while adhering to various regional programs. Collaborates with internal and external learning groups including IU Health educators, departments, facilities, regions, outside organizations and vendor consultants to analyze, design, develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate system-wide Org Development courses and/or programs.

Qualifications for the Talent Development Consultant (Facilitation) Role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related Org Development experience is required.
  • Requires knowledge of state and national regulatory agency guidelines.
  • Requires familiarity with adult learning and evaluation principles and techniques.
  • Requires ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours a day.
  • Human Resources or Organizational Development certifications preferred.
  • Requires the ability to lift 20-30 lbs. and move classroom furniture/equipment when necessary.
