Apply now - we can't wait to hear from you! Summary: Riley Hospital is looking to add a Supervisor to lead our Interventional Radiology Team! Working with the Manager and/or Director, is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel. Supervises Imaging Services personnel involved in Pediatric Interventional and Pediatric Neurointerventional Radiology procedures. Ensures department rules, regulations, procedures and protocols are properly followed. This individual would need to lead 6-8 other individuals, including a technologist Team Lead at riley, handle equipment, and understand and be able to apply regulatory standards for radiology to practice and educate staff. This role will include coordinating schedules and figuring out daily assignments. A positive attitude, good work ethic, dedication, adaptability, and flexibility is desired for this role. Qualifications for the Supervisor - Interventional Radiology Role

  • 5-7 years of experience, per specific modality, preferred.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Requires satisfactory completion of an accredited, relevant training program.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Certification as required, per specific modality.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or required per specific modality.
  • Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.
  • Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.
