This position is responsible for leading Revenue Cycle operations for all assigned Revenue Cycle Services teams that require specific clinical, technical, or legal knowledge and/or experience. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. Partners with other Directors and Executive Directors to ensure consistent leadership and standards across the division. The incumbent must possess strong subject matter expertise and leadership in order to support a diverse and complex operating environment and span of control. Other opportunities include: KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: Executive Director - RCS Direct Reports: 4 direct reports including 2 managers Other Key Relationships: Various revenue cycle management, Charge Description Master (CDM) team and Facility Charge Optimization team.
