The Peds ICU consists of a team of 180 highly skilled and engaged nurses. The PICU offers the opportunity for growth and development including: advanced classes, precepting students and new employees, staff engagement with departmental changes and improvements. The Peds ICU team works every other weekend and every other holiday. RN experience in a peds ICU setting preferred; will consider new grads. For new graduates, experience as a technician in a fast-paced inpatient setting is preferred.
