As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to grow your leadership, partnership and relationship skills! Accountable for the orders and accuracy of patient trays with special diet needs. Team Leads will monitor call queues for patient service calls, handle wait times and practices to lower the average time that a caller spends in the call queue. Facilitate breaks and insure overall customer service happiness. Ability to Exercises sound independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of staff. Willing to "dive" right in alongside of peers! Qualifications for the Patient Service Team Lead Role

  • High School Diploma/GED OR 2 or more years of work related experience required.
  • Requires experience in a customer service function; with a minimum of one year experience working with the public.
  • Requires certification in ServSafe, Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or ISDOH Approved Certification of Food Handler.
  • Requires knowledge of, or ability to learn diet therapy, as it applies to food selection and modified diet adherence.
  • Requires the ability to use computer (desktop/laptop/tablet) and cell phones.
