Collaborates with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including public relations, media relations, reporting, data entry and operations among other System Business Service (SBS) areas. Attends meetings and reports on issues and decisions relevant to assigned projects. Provides operational and administrative support to complete SBS functions and tasks. Creates correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Completes additional tasks, including but not limited to: managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas and other materials for meetings with leaders and team members.

Qualifications for the Intern - Public Relations Role

  • Requires current enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's Degree Program; IT and/or Business-related majors required.
  • Requires GPA of 3.2 or above on a scale of 4.0.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
