Deploys strategic programs and facilitates breakthrough results for highly complex process improvement initiatives. Develops lean management system (based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. Serves as a mentor and resource for less experienced team members.

Qualifications for the Improvement Leader Senior Role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's preferred.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant Lean experience with complex matrix organizations, building trusting relationships, influencing through indirect authority, prioritizing in ambiguous situations, and inspiring and aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve a common vision.
  • Must meet prerequisites of Transformation competency development model including Business Acumen, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking , and Process/Change Facilitation.
  • Requires proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
