Responsible for providing functional mentorship and direction in the management of the Guest Relations Department. This ensures a positive patient and visitor experience! Leads the guest relations associates, including scheduling, performance appraisals and reviews, supervising department workflows, quality and performance, monitoring calls and customer interactions, training and mentoring, providing direction, guidance and oversight in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Responsible for identifying sophisticated, escalated, or unresolved issues and working with the staff for resolution. May also own the volunteer program by recruiting, training and providing daily mentorship and supervision to volunteers.
