We are seeking an experienced RN to lead the Medical and Molecular Genetics clinic(s). As a key member of the clinical division leadership team, this position plans and directs the operational activities of the medical practice and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight/management of the staff to include both clinical and clerical employees. The position acts as primary point of contact responsible and accountable for the coordination and communication of information within the practice, among other practices, and to administration. This position will promote and support the participation of team members’ continuous improvement and enhance utilization of resources.

Qualifications for the Genetics Clinic Manager Role

  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • Requires current state of Indiana RN licensure.
