The Executive Director - Employer Services develops strategy and drives the implementation and execution of Employer Services. Collaborates with leadership and front-line team members by maintaining visibility at sites. Executes organizational development strategies in alignment with system goals and objectives. Leads change initiatives across the business in order to optimize potential and achieve strategic and operational objectives. Partners with senior administrative and clinical leadership to evaluate and execute internal and external strategic partnerships. Leads transformation in a complex and distributed yet system-focused environment!

Qualifications for the Employer Services Exe Director Role

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Requires ability to manage multiple projects or programs involving multiple customers, interests, and goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with all levels of team members, leaders, and external customers.
  • Experience designing organizational structures to achieve business and operational results.
  • High visibility both within the organization as well as outside the organization; a willingness to be a representative of IU Health in the community.
  • Creativity and flexibility in developing and assessing ideas and ways to evolve IU Health into the future.
  • Proven track record as a visionary to see the big picture but also to dive into the details.
  • Requires knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulatory agency guidelines and laws.
