Leads and directs construction projects up to $10 million, with primary emphasis on projects of less than $1 million. Accountable for program development, budget, schedule, and management of project team for projects assigned.

Qualifications for the Design & Construction Proj Manager Role

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or other related field is required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Professional Engineer is preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of business, management, finance and project cost control techniques.
  • Requires comprehension of applicable regulations, such as the NFPA Life Safety Code, ISDH Regulations including the AIA Guidelines for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities, International Building Code and Americans with Disability Act.
