Serves as subject matter expert for instructional technology applications and content supporting the compliance program’s required employee awareness and training activities. Participates in compliance activities including advising, monitoring, and correcting in a functional area; assigned functional area is Information Services, which manages data transfers from and to business partners and regulatory authorities. Tracks and reports on all assigned activities. Assists with the development, distribution, implementation and tracking of compliance forms, documents, policies and training material.

Qualifications for the Compliance Consultant Role

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience within the healthcare industry or similar field.
  • CIPP, CHC or other applicable certification preferred.
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, Marketplace and other Commercial lines of business and their respective regulatory requirements preferred.
