This position is responsible with the overall daily operations of the clinical and administrative staff. This position also performs other duties as assigned in conjunction with MA positions.

Qualifications for the Clinic Supervisor Role

  • Registered Nurse, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (or ability to obtain CMA certification within 18 months) required
  • Three years of experience in a physician practice required.
  • Continuing Education of 10 units per year required for LPN and RN.
  • CPR certified or the ability to become CPR certified within a 90-day period of employment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities are essential.
