Demonstrates passion and dedication to improve health and well-being while encouraging generosity across the state of Indiana. Partners with internal and external stakeholders, passionate about revenue growth and high priority funding areas. Responsible for the comprehensive strategy and statewide execution of annual fund mass communication for external audiences. Includes acquisitions, renewals, upgrades, and stewardship. Data-driven, donor-centered communication journeys across multiple channels. Testing and segmenting to refine donor persona. Maintains accurate recording, reporting and management of all donor information. Competitive candidates will have demonstrated annual fund financial results on behalf of a complex healthcare system.

Qualifications for the Annual Giving Analyst Role

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Master's Preferred.
  • 5 -7 years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of fundraising software, i.e. Raiser's Edge.
  • Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
