The Director of Women's Services is responsible for administrative leadership and operations of IU Health Bloomington Hospital`s Service Line! The incumbent leads for their specific functional area across the continuum of care. This leader collaborates with the Senior Leadership Group and support departments through meetings, committees, and training initiatives. Other areas of oversight include strategic design, performance improvement, patient/employee satisfaction, budget preparation and fiscal accountability, human resources management, marketing, and regulatory oversight. The Director collaborates to develop a strategic vision, design services and programs, recruit and retain clinical staff, monitor clinical outcomes, and define and implement standard methodologies. This leader also shares responsibility for overall patient care standards, policies, practices, staffing, budget and planning for quality efficient patient outcomes.
