We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about challenging and significant work for the good of every patient! We are searching for someone who is compassionate, serves with a purpose, is dedicated to supporting their team, and who seeks excellence every day.

This individual performs speech pathology services including diagnostic evaluations to determine level of impairment. After administering the appropriate tests and measures, a treatment plan is crafted for improved communication and swallowing.

It is important to have a minimum of 2 years of experience with adult hospital based care. Looking for someone with neuro and trach experience. Acute care and/or SNF experience is helpful. It would also be helpful to have some knowledge and familiarity of regulatory requirements.

This is a Full Time, day shift position. There are weekend and holiday hours with this position.

Qualifications for the Speech Pathologist Role

  • Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in speech pathology.
  • Requires a certificate of clinical competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for this certificate.
  • Requires current license in the State of Indiana within 12 months.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
