Qualifications for the NP Hospital/Specialty Role

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification required. Current Indiana license as an RN must be currently certified or hold a master's degree qualifying the nurse as a nurse midwife in the state of Indiana. Current Indiana NP license. Must possess current, unrestricted Indiana CSR and eligible for US DEA certification. Nurse Midwife may be considered.
  • Masters of Science in Nursing Degree required (for Nurse Practitioner).
  • One year of Nurse Practitioner experience is preferred.
