This facility is located on Miller Dr. in Bloomington. This is a community primary care role with a focused patient population that is HIV/HCV positive. We serve as the regional PrEP prescriber. We are looking for a nurse that is passionate about community/public health as there is a significant public health aspect. This position is part-time Wednesdays and Thursdays 8-5 to start, with a potential for more than 20 hours per week as we ramp up COVID vaccinations. NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS!
