We are seeking an RN with experience in accreditation and regulatory, survey management, or working with the joint commission!

Plans, implements, directs, and facilitates activities that support system wide efforts to be successfully accredited and continuously ready for patients. Consults and advises key partners and leaders on accreditation/regulatory interpretations, educates and facilitates survey preparation activities, manages and audits onside surveys, and serves as a liaison between the organization and its accreditation and regulatory bodies. Analyzes and provides recommendations around performance and continuous quality improvement initiatives that drive organizational outcomes. Drives acceptance by partners and serves as an accreditation matters expert for leaders and team members.

Qualifications for the Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance Consultant Role

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or healthcare related field required.
  • Requires 7-10 years of experience in clinical operations and/or healthcare quality.
  • RN, RT, Pharmacy or Rehab licensure required.
  • Requires strong experience in leading complex projects or systematic performance improvement.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is required within two years of employment.
