· Responsible for building and maintaining community network, monitoring compliance with funding sources and Bedford hospital policies, tracking and reporting data, assessing community needs. 

· The Network Director’s primary role is to evaluate and equip community entities to better meet the needs of PLWD and their supporters in our communities. His/her duties include but are not limited to: 

o Networking and outreach to community partners interested in meeting the needs of PLWD. 

o Facilitate, document and follow up with meetings and action items of the HRSA grant requirements with designated community partners. 

o Developing community-based programs to meet identified needs of Lawrence and Orange Counties. 

o Assist Alzheimer’s Educator with overflow in family/client meetings, support group, and educational needs in Lawrence and Orange Counties. 

Same qualifications as the ARS Alzheimer's Educator in addition to experience managing a collaborative group of similar scope and scale 

Masters degree preferred

Qualifications for the Network Director Community Outreach Role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
  • 0-3 Years of Experience.
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, background managing program/event logistics.
  • Experience in managing program/event logistics preferred.
